Shipping policy

Items are shipped Monday through Thursday only. Orders placed after 6pm (CT) on Wednesday will not be shipped until the following Monday.
Due to our items being perishable, shipping options are limited to UPS Next Day Air Saver, and UPS Next Day Air.
UPS Ground shipping is only available for certain states and ZIP codes.
Packages are shipped throughout the continental United States only.
The shipping rates for many items that we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded to the next full pound.
If shipping to a residence, please verify that your recipient will be available to receive the package. The driver is automatically instructed to leave the package at the doorstep.
All of our items are vacuum-sealed and frozen. They are shipped in a reusable insulated cooler packed with gel ice packs.
A small amount of thawing may occur.
Orders can not be shipped to P.O. boxes.
