Returns
Sales are final on all items and returns will not be accepted.
Canceling an Order
Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled. If you need to cancel an order that hasn't shipped, please email us as soon as possible at info@rachaelsseafood.com.
Damaged Items
If your items arrive damaged, contaminated or with items missing, please take photos of any damage and include it in an email to us: info@rachaelsseafood.com. Please notify us of any issues within 24 hours of you receiving your items and we will do our best to resolve the problem.
